Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once the download has been made available. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please contact us at pamelasstudioshop@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase if:

• You did not receive access to your download
• The file is damaged or cannot be opened
• You were charged more than once for the same product
• You received a file different from the product purchased

We will first try to correct the problem by providing a working replacement file. When appropriate, we may issue a refund.
