Shipping policy

All products sold by Pamela’s studio are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

After payment is successfully completed, customers will receive access to their files on the order confirmation page and through an email containing the download link.

Most download links arrive within a few minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.

If you have not received your download or experience difficulty accessing a file, please contact pamelasstudioshop@gmail.com and include your name and order number.
